Hi! My name is Dana & I am so glad you are here!

As a former college athlete and coach, fitness has always been a huge part of my life. It wasn’t until my late 20’s that I started prioritizing wellness and balance on top of my fitness routine. Turns out this was the key to me feeling my absolute best. Combining these three elements helped me feel healthier physically and mentally. Now I feel fit and healthy AND have more time to go out with my friends and family, travel, explore, and try new things.
I wanted to start The Hemingway Balance to create a space that is helpful, relatable, and supportive of everyone, no matter where you are on your journey. With new fitness and wellness trends daily, access to tons of information, and social media, it can be hard to find that balance. My goal is to make it easier by providing sustainable home workouts and wellness reviews and tips. I want you to have it all and help you find your balance!
